The groupings for TGX Arena 2011 have been announced, and viewers can look forward to some interesting games.
Top 2 teams from each group proceed to a single elimination bracket and one of them will eventually be crowned champions. Scythe.SG and MiTH.Trust both missed out due to preparations for "The International", but many top names are still present.

Group A includes two Gamescom participants in Mineski and MUFC, and both will be looking to bounce back from disappointing early knockouts and look to win their share of the prize money. Perenial underdogs to fellow Thai team MiTH.Trust, Neolution will be trying its best to prove their point and take one over their more well-known counterparts. Rounding up the group is Singaporean team AEON.
Group B will see the debut of recently formed Malaysian team Orange E-sports. They will replace Indian team Roccat.ROG, who unfortunately are unable to attend. The star-studded team, with the likes of Mushi and Winter in its ranks will face stiff competition from Vietnamese powerhouse StarsBoba. Digi Ultimate, formerly known as Alienware Digi, is the flagship team of Indonesian DotA, and they achieved an impressive 8th place at SMM 2010. GGHometeam find themselves as the underdogs of this group, but having ardously made their way through national qualifiers, they will surely be no pushovers.
TGX Arena 2011 will be held from 10 to 11 September at the Singapore Expo.
