Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree features over 30 brand new talisman for players to incorporate into their builds. And, given the jump in difficulty, they’ll certainly be needed with a host of buffs, including attack, status effect, damage negation, HP, and much more. As with weapons and armour, talisman are found throughout the Realm of Shadow as ground loot, inside chests, and as drops from enemies and bosses.
We’ll walk you through the location of all the talismans we’ve found so far, broken down into map regions. We are two full playthroughs deep so we’re pretty certain we’ve found most if not all of them in the expansion. But we’ll jump back and spruce this list up if we stumble into any more.
Gravesite Plain
Ancient Talisman location. Captured by VideoGamerAncient Talisman
- Location – On a wooden platform next to the northernmost house of the Abandoned Ailing Village in the north of Gravesite Plain.
- Effect – Raises resistance to the last ailment suffered.
Blessed Blue Dew Talisman
- Location – At the foot of the statue in the Church of Benediction on the plateau in the southwest of Gravesite Plain.
- Effect – Slowly restores HP.
Blade of Mercy
- Location – In a chest behind a locked door at the top of the Scorched Ruins in Gravesite Plain.
- Effect – Raises attack power after each critical hit.
Outer God Heirloom
- Location – Chest inside the building at the top of Prospect Town in the west of Gravesite Plain.
- Effect – Raises arcane.
Crusade Insignia
- Location – Defeat Fire Knight Queelign in the fountain courtyard halfway up Belurat.
- Effect – Raises attack power after defeating an enemy
Dried Bouquet
- Location – At the foot of pedestal in a small pagoda-style building in the north of Belurat in the Gravesite Plain. It’s just off from the Miquella’s Cross and above the pit with the fly-men enemies.
- Effect – Raises attack power when summoned spirit dies.
Immunizing Horn Charm +2
- Location – Defeat the worm creature in the Well Depths under Belurat in Gravesite Plain.
- Effect – Vastly raises immunity.
Two-Headed Turtle Talisman
- Location – In the north of the Ellac River. Travel north until you find a waterfall, walk through and the talisman on a rock at the back of the cave.
- Effect – Greatly raises stamina recovery speed.
Rellana’s Cameo
- Location – On the stone platform in the chapel near the top of Castle Ensis in Gravesite Plain.
- Effect – Enhances attacks executed after maintaining the same stance for a while.
Arrow’s Soaring Sting Talisman
- Location – in a chest at the top of the tower in Fog Rift Fort in Gravesite Plain, accessible via a set of ladders and wooden passageways that hug the side of the building. You best getting this by dropping down from Scadu Altus above.
- Effect – Raises attack power of arrows and bolts.
Crimson Amber Medallion +3
- Location – defeat Death Knight boss in the Fog Rift Catacombs in Gravesite Plain.
- Effect – Boosts maximum HP by the utmost.

- Location – Located in a secret area below the bridge that connects the soldier camp to Castle Ensis just north of the Castle Front site of grace. It’s accessible by dropping down to the left of the bridge and following path into a building.
- Effect – Boost magic damage negation by the utmost.
Enraged Divine Beast
- Location – Use the Remembrance of the Dancing Lion (defeat the Divine Beast Dancing Lion boss in Belurat) with Finger Reader Enia at the Roundtable Hold.
- Effect – Raises potency of storms.
Scadu Altus
Smithing Talisman location. Captured by VideoGamerSmithing Talisman
- Location – In the Ruined Forge of Starfall Past in Scadu Altus. In a side room with lava blobs on the ceiling.
- Effect – Enhances weapon-throwing attacks.
Stalwart Horn Charm +2
- Location – In the Bonny Gaol in Scadu Altus – descend into the caves below, take a right and follow the path until you reach a ladder. Head up to find the cham in the cavern above.
- Effect – Vastly raises robustness.
Talisman of the Dread
- Location – Inside the Elder’s Hovel just south of the Behind the Fort of Reprimand site of grace in southern Scadu Altus.
- Effect – Raises potency of magma.
Flamedrake Talisman +3
- Location – In a chest inside the Fort of Reprimand in Scadu Altus. From the Fort of Reprimand site of grace, head west down the stairs, take a right, then a left. Jump up onto the cages and veer right to find the chest.
- Effect – Boosts fire damage negation by the utmost.
Talisman of Lord’s Bestowal
- Location – at the foot of the golden tree in the courtyard just northwest of the Main Gate Plaza site of grace in Shadow Keep in Scadu Altus.
- Effect – Increases poise after using a flask of tears.
Boltdrake Talisman +3
- Location – Behind the bookcase near the Storehouse, First Floor site of grace in Shadow Keep in Scadu Altus. Accessible by jumping down from the level above.
- Effect – Boost lightning damage negation by the utmost.
Viridian Amber Medallion +3
- Location – In a chest hidden in a room down the main shaft in the Darklight Catacombs in the east of Scadu Altus.
- Effect – Boosts maximum stamina by the utmost.
Sharpshot Talisman
- Location – Albinauric’s Shack north of Shadow Keep in Scadu Altus.
- Effect – Boosts attack power of precision-aimed shots.
Cerulean Seed Talisman +1
- Location – Sound the bell at the Finger Ruins of Dheo.
- Effect – Greatly boosts FP restoration from Flask of Cerulean Tears
Retaliatory Crossed-Tree
- Location – Given to you by Leda at the Highroad Cross site of grace after defeating Ansbach in the Specimen Storehouse
- Effect. – Enhances attacks executed after rolling or backstepping.
Beloved Stardust
- Location – Given to you by Count Ymir at Cathedral of Manus Metyr after ringing the bell in the Finger Ruins of Dheo, the location pointed two in the Ruins Map 2.
- Effect – Shortens casting speed for sorcery and incantations by the utmost, but increases damage taken.
Golden Braid
- Location – Found inside a small hollow tree with a statue inside in the Shaman Village in the Hinterland portion of Scadu Altus in the very northeast of the map.
- Effect – Boost holy damage negation by the utmost.

- Location – In the southern part of the Moorth Ruins in Scadu Altus. Find a doorway leading to a ledge that lets you see down into the hole that leads to Bonny Village. The talisman is on the ledge next to the corpse
- Effect – Raises potency of kicking and stomping skills

- Location – Near the front of the huge beast that descends once you use the leveler on the seventh floor of the Specimen Storehouse in Shadow Keep. You’ll get a first glimpse of it when you hit the Fourth Floor site of grace but won’t be able to reach it. The beast becomes accessible on the third floor balcony, to the right of a fire knight looking over the storehouse.
- Effect – Boosts non-physical damage negation by the utmost.
Lacerating Crossed-Tree
- Location – A reward for helping Needle Knight Leda defeat invader Hornsent in the Shadow Keep in Scadu Altus. The summon sign is on the rampart near the fiery viking ships just northeast of the Main Gate Plaza site of grace. After the fight return to the Highroad Cross site of grace and talk to Leda to receive the tasliman.
- Effect – Enhances dash attacks.
Ancient Ruins of Rauh

- Location – In the small camp northwest of the Ancient Ruins base site of Grace in Rauh Base.
- Effect – Boost all non-physical damage negation while guarding.
Cerulean Amber Medallion +3
- Location – Defeat the Death Knight in the Scorpion River Catacombs in Rauh Base.
- Effect – Boosts maximum FP by the utmost.
Two-Handed Sword Talisman
- Location – At the top of the Temple Town Ruins in Rauh Base.
- Effect – Enhances attacks with two-handed weapons.
Talisman of All Crucibles
- Location – In a hidden area in the south of the Ancient Ruins of Rauh. Travel to the Church of the Bud, Main Entrance, then jump down to the level below. Head south and jump down to the arches, follow the path until you hit land to the east, go through the passage, then through another to find a chest.
- Effect – Grants effects of all crucible talismans.
Verdigris Discus
- Location – In the east of Rauh Ruins, only accessible by taking the teleporter just west of the Highroad Cross site of grace in Scadu Altus. It’s at the foot of statue beyond the horned knight.
- Effect – Raises defense with higher equipment load.
Mottled Necklace +2
- Location – Inside a chest in the southern part of Rauh Ruins. Just northwest of the Furnace Golem, use the Spiritspring jump to reach the platform to the northeast. Follow the stairs up and you’ll find a chest with the talisman inside.
- Effect – Vastly raises robustness, immunity, and focus.

- Location – Not far from the exit to the chamber maze and the Rauh Ancient Ruins, East site of grace in northern Rauh Ruins. It’s on a ledge you can reach by using a tree branch in the final chamber full of man-fly enemies.
- Effect – Improves backsteps but increases damage taken.
Charo’s Hidden Grave
Clarifying Horn Charm +2 location. Captured by VideoGamerClarifying Horn Charm +2
- Location – Found at the end of the long cave section in the Lamenter’s Gaol in Charo’s Hidden Grave.
- Effect – Vastly raises focus.
Cerulean Coast
Crimson Seed Talisman +1 location. Captured by VideoGamerCrimson Seed Talisman +1
- Location – Given to you by Count Ymir at the Cathedral of Manus Metyrafter visiting the Finger Ruins of Rhia and ringing the bell there after receiving the Ruins Map.
- Effect – Greatly boosts HP restoration from Flask of Crimson Tears.
St. Trina’s Smile
- Location – Reward for defeating the Thiollier invader at the Garden of Deep Purple site of grace at the end of the Stone Coffin Fissure. You’ll need to complete the previous steps in Thiollier quests for him to spawn.
- Effect – Sleep in the vicinity increases attack power.
Abyssal Woods

- Location – Equip a shield with the Parry skill and load into the Woodland Trail site of grace. Head south until you come across the first Aging Untouchable (the madness enemies that pretty much one-shot you). Parry their grab move just as it’s about to hit you, then follow up with a critical hit to defeat them. They’ll drop the talisman.
- Effect – Raises attack power when madness is triggered in the vicinity.
