How to find a secret Fortnite vault at Shiny Shafts
The secret vault is not marked on the map, which is why you’ll have to find it on your own. Fortunately, its location is not overly complicated. Once you locate it, you’ll be able to easily do it in future matches. The vault is located inside a mine in the southern part of Shiny Shafts. It’s right next to the pressure valve you need to turn to open the secret area.
To open a secret Fortnite vault at Shiny Shafts, follow these steps:
- Land in the northern part of the area
- Interact with the first pressure valve
- Ride the grind rail to get to the other side of the mine
- Interact with the second pressure vault at the end of the rail
- Turn the final pressure vault located next to the vault
Considering that a new Fortnite season just came out, Shiny Shafts is a popular landing spot. Due to this, you will likely encounter a couple of enemies while going for the secret vault. Fortunately, the area has plenty of loot, so make sure to pick up a gun before turning vaults and stepping into the vault.
