Rover is the main character of Wuthering Waves, and she is a sword user. As of now, Rover can be changed into two attributes; Spectro and Havoc. The ascension materials needed for each of these attributes are the same and character level can be carried over while switching attributes.

Where To Find Mysterious Codes?
Two Mysterious Codes can be obtained from simply completing the main story quests. To get the remaining three that are needed for ascending your Rover up to level 90, you must farm Sonance caskets.
The Casket Delivery merchant is in Jinzhou city and can be tracked on the map.

Where To Find Pecok Flower?
Pecok flowers can be easily obtained from the Shifang Pharmacy shop in Jinzhou. You can buy up to 15 Pecok flowers from this merchant and this shop will reset weekly, but if you are in urgent need of them, you can get Pecok flowers from Taoyuan Ville.
Where To Find Whisperin Cores?
Whisperin Cores are common mob drops. These can be obtained easily by navigating the guidebook and from all Forgery Challenges, and some of the Tacet Discords that drop Whisperin Cores are the following:
- Prisms: There are unique Tacet Discords that have immunity to their element and they are common throughout the map. South of Whinin Aix Mire is a great place to find plenty of Prisms while wandering.
- Tick Tack, Whiff Whaff, Zig Zag, and Snip Snap: These small Tacet discords are easy to beat, so if you are looking for a quick farming experience, killing these Tacet Discords will save you a lot of time. Keep in mind that these Tacet discords are highly resistant to their own element, and they're scattered throughout the map with no common ground, but the dim forest is a great place to look for them.
- Predators and Warriors: These are humanoid tacet discords that are fairly strong and hit hard, and a great place to farm these Tacet Discords is to circle the area of Thundering Mephis.
