ESWC Masters of Athens participants have been reduced to only 13 players. Out of unknown reasons, three players have dropped out of the tournament, which means that Group A and B, who began playing earlier today, are down to three players each.
The players who dropped out are Marc "yAwS" Förster, Irakli "SpiCy" Budia and Mateusz "hG" Peitrzak.
With the reduced play schedule in Group A and B, the advancing players to the second group stage is known. From Group A, WhO and Check advanced after both winning over the Greek player ElementWaRRioR. Check claims the top spot in the group after winning over WhO with a 2-0 score.
