SlayerS' protoss Joon Sik "Alicia" Yang will be enjoying a second consecutive MLG final as he defeated Fnatic's Oz in the WB final of bracket one. Alicia will be playing the winner of Taeja and First, who'll be up on the stream shortly.
Starting from a 2-1 extended series advantage, Alicia almost faced elimination after Oz scored two in a row to bring the series to 3-2. A precise blink snipe of Oz's robotic facility, however, brought the match back to a tie and a 1-base stargate/immortal build was used to crush Fnatic's player for the final 4-3.
Alicia's opponent will come from the match between Liquid`Taeja and IM_First. The terran fan favorite will be going against a protoss that yesterday won four PvTs in a row against TOP, Puma, Alive and Ganzi with an aggregate score of 8-1.
Each grand finalist is guaranteed $6,000 with the winner pocketing a $10,000 check.
