Our mighty cYaN seeded the right players and the quarter finals were played between exactly those eight players. Now, a couple of matches later it still seems like he will be right.



We caught up with the two winner bracket finalists, the swedes dAtoby and ZpuX for a short interview about the tournament and DreamHack and it seems that dAtoby and his team manager Emerald tried out one of the new activities of the event; Bungy jumping. When we asked him about how it felt he said it was not as scary as he thought it would be, but ZpuX revealed that he did look very scared.

He also admits that he was scared when playing the semi finals versus CDS)Lord_Ghoust, he thought he would lose. dAtoby the other hand tells us that he had no worries.
- My way have been a lot easier than I expected actually, the only good player I've met was CDS)Gantrior and he did not play very well against me so I did not have any problems at all.

For ZpuX that is a great feeling, as it makes him top three instead of top four and not getting any prize money as so many times before. So although he believes that dAtoby would take him in the final if they both get there he is happy not ending up in fourth place again.

About the tournament it is going smoothly as usual, but they are not very satisfied with the maps. ZpuX does not like Loki as he never have played on it before and dAtoby dislikes the choice to use Luna and Lost Tempel even if he understands why.

To comment their fellow team mate, Gauisus', loss in the loser brackets dAtoby tells us that he is not very used to offline events as this is the first one for him and that he is not playing as good as he could be but that it is understandable.
- He did not play very well against Lord_Ghoust, he lost and of course he is very disappointed.
