How will you celebrate New Years Eve? 4. What's your New Years resolution? 5. Who deserves a New Years love rocket?Daniel "LiiLD.C" Claesson - StarCraft 2 player, former WarCraft 3 player 1. The best part about 2010 was that I got a "real" job that I enjoy, and that I still keep my sport going and parties more crazy than ever! 2. Keep living the good life, take one day at a time and probably play a whole lot of StarCraft 2 if I have time! 3. I'm leaving Gothenburg to go to another city with 8 buddies, it's going to be amaaaazing! 4. No resolutions needed! 5. Raistlin on GosuGamers, because he's aaaaaawesome. Sebastian "FuRy" Pesic - StarCraft2 player, former WarCraft 3 player 1. Will start the celebration of new years eve with some friends in about 30 mins, I guess we will drink alot and play various games 4. I guess the love rocket will have to go to my fiance because she always supports me in whatever I want to do and makes me happy ^^ Vytautas "Arew" Graiciunas - StarCraft 2 player 1. The best thing in 2010 was the release of the StarCraft 2, I think a lot of people were waiting for this. And the best thing in 2010 in my real life was my school graduation. 2. I'm really looking forward to my SC2 professional career in 2011. I'll do my best and will try to reach all my goals within those years. 3. I'm not really sure still about that, how I'll celebrate this New Years Eve. I'm still thinking between of going to celebrate it with my friends or going somewhere with my gf. 4. My New Years resolution is to do way better at university and at my individual results of starcraft 2. Hope everything will be better in the 2011 even though 2010 years were awesome! 5. I think New Years love rocket deserves Blizzard Balance team, everyone of them To make this game more balanced and more enjoyable for everyone of us. Seriously, there is a lot of things to do! Huk, for working so hard Zeyall - GosuGamers.net DotA Senior Moderator, former DotA section leader 1. The best for 2010 for me personally was the ESWC in Paris. The event wasnt the best organization-wise, but it was really great to meet all the DotA players and managers you only knew from IRC. This was definitely one of the most memorable things in 2010. 2. No real DotA freak could answer this question other than the release of DotA 2. Everyone is mad for information about the next chapter in the history of DotA. I am actually comparing it to the release of Starcraft 2; people really hope to have the same feeling when they are going to play the new game and still have new features which will improve the game on all levels. 3. I invited a bunch of friends to come over and have a big dinner with me and my girlfriend. Ofcourse we will celebrate the beginning of the next year appropriately ;) 4. I dont have any resolution for next year; maybe to play more DotA game on RGC with the community on our very own channel and not to lose too many games :F 5. Tough question, since so many people deserve it. Icefrog, Moose from Dota-league, everyone in the DotA Gosugamers crew (Dave Hei Terry Linus etc.), especially Uli aka. KongoTime for doing such a nice job. In general and not to forget anyone: everybody you helped bringing esport and especially DotA to another level. Tobi "TobiWanKenobi" Dawson - Esports shoutcaster 1. The best with 2010 was Kareoke in China with PapaDreich singing 'Wannabe' 2. DOTA 2 being everything we want it to be 3. In gamer fashion, staying at home playing games and trolling forums 4. My resolution is to give up my day job and persue shoutcasting full time....also to get fit again 5. the the love rocket needs to be fired at BlackShattan and then go to it's intended target of KellyMilkies Jos "ret" de Kroon - StarCraft 2 player 1. The best thing about 2010 has got to be the release of SC2! Even though I got into the game late, I'm really enjoying it now. All the tournaments that are going on, the people involved, commentators, the players, SC2 has been great for us gamers and game fans! 2010 was also a good year for me personally because I lost a lot of weigh and if I compare where I'm at to the previous year, I made a huge jump forward. 2010 was awesome. 2. More of the same! I hope the SC2 community keeps growing, I hope to attend many more events and meet up with all my gamer friends.. I love them! I want to keep growing as a player and make the right choices in my personal life as well. I also look forward to seeing my family and friends again in 2011, since moving to Korea I miss them, but im sure we will be reunited in the new year at some point :) 3. I'm not sure yet! hopefully we are going to have some drinks, and a nice dinner I'm sure. I'll most likely be spending the evening just messing around with my team mates, we have a good time :) 4. Staying healthy, working out a TON! And of course getting better as a player, stay motivated and dedicated to the cause. I also hope I meet a nice girl in 2011, it's been too long hehe ^_^! 5. I want to give a new years love rocket to IdrA! He gets a lot of shit from people but I know he works really hard and I know life can be frustating as a Zerg user, many people don't know is that he is really a good guy at heart, that endured a lot of shit during his time spent in Korea for Sc1, and when you look past the immaturity and shit talking, you can't do anything but give a lot of respect to his achievements. All those glass half empty people I encounter! Benjamin "DeMusliM" Baker - StarCraft 2 player, eSports commentator, former WarCraft 3 player 1. I have to say the best thing in 2010 was the release of starcraft 2, and moving to Germany for me. I am still enjoying both indefinitely and will continue to for a while. Getting recognised while going into clubs and stuff is also pretty uplifting 2. In 2011 i'll be looking forward to partaking in almost every event I can, and practicing more than ever. I'll be enjoying life with Kevin (rotterdam) also, and outside of the gaming world, Cologne is definitely my kinda place :) 3. New Years Eve will be celebrated in Cologne with Infernal and RotterdaM - Ideas on where to go are still pretty vague but we'll find something i'm sure, be it on the Bridges of Cologne to start off the night, then heading to a house party or a club which we've grown pretty fond of :) 4. My New Years resolution is a little private, but besides training excessively - To enjoy my youth more than I have been doing previously, although that kinda started as I moved to Cologne anyway :) 5. A new year's love rocket? Well, I wouldn't mind giving myself that one ^^, ALTHOUGH I think on a serious note, i'd like to give a love rocket to Naniwa. He's spent abit of time being kicked in the Nutts this year, I'm sure my LoveRocket Will cheer him up too! ^^ Ulrich "KongoTime" Hanten - GosuGamers.net DotA section leader 1. Becoming a member of the GosuCrew. After I recieved Zeyalls message, I turned the volume of my music up so loud, that the neighbours came over. 2. Hopefully Seeing our users, the heart of GosuGamers, continue downloading replays, reading news, betting on games and discussing in our Forums like 2010. 3. On DotA v6.70, with the help of Tinker, Clockwerk, Gyrocopter and Techies 4. Learning a new language, either Chinese or Russian. Getting an Interview with Vigoss or Icefrog, Getting an autograph from 820, Dragging MadMortigan out of his inactivity 5. Hyouru <3 Hayder "HayprO" Hussein - StarCraft 2 player 1. Finally quitting Brood War! 2. Winning GSL 3. Mass practice! 4. Get 1k wins with each race on the ladder 5. ret for being the best cook in the house excluding all the Koreans Andre "Gretorp" Hengchua - StarCraft 2 player, eSports commentator 1. The best of 2010 was July 27th 2010 of course ^^! 2. I'm looking to the explosion in the e-sports industry. We have so many opportunities with starcraft now that it has drawn a larger crowd, and I think it's going to exceed our wildest expectations. 3. I will be celebrating new years having fun with some friends. I have an annual open party, so come if you'd like! 4. My new years resolution is to quit my job and do starcraft, my passion, full time. 5. New years Love rocket has to go to my boy Xeris, but I want to love rocket Marko from gg.net, my fnatic boys, the gg.net staff, and I wish everyone a happy new year! Grzegorz "MaNa" Komincz - StarCraft 2 player 1. No doubt, the best thing in 2010 was Dreamhack, it was my dream since I was a child to go there and I made it. More, I placed 2nd there so im twice more happy. 2. I think the whole mouseports team deserves the love rocket because of their AWESOME job ! =D Elroy "Noname" Pinto - Fnatic General Manager 1. I think the best thing has to be the launch of SCII in eSports, the various level of entertainment it brings as well as the heart attacks it brings being on management. On a personal note am finally studying Cinema so that's probably one of the best things that's happened personally. 2. I am looking forward to new challenges and opportunities in eSports and perhaps it's time for the next step in my career that I am hinting at right now 3. I've nothing special planned, after ushering in the last couple of years at some random persons house I've decided to stay indoors for this one and probably just enjoy a home cooked meal and some drink with my girlfriend. 4. I don't like making any since I never lived up to them. But a 'motto' I might take into the New Year will definitely be to explore new areas in eSports & Film and more importantly push myself out of my comfort Zone. 5. I'd say my family, girlfriend & friends, they all deserve a massive New Years Love Rocket from me! Stefan "MorroW" Andersson - StarCraft 2 player 1. My best moment in 2010 was at IEM Cologne where I won finals versus idra. 2. I'm looking forward to playing more sc2 in 2011 and the game has come a long way in balance and gameplay. And I think 2011 will bring us alot of competitions and better playstyle in sc2. 2011 is also the year where I will officially become a "real" progamer where I dont study or work. just live on sc2 so I think it's gonna be a great year 3. I dont usually make a new years resolution but I will try to become more in shape on my body as I will get more free tI'me and I will become more serious about sc2 and try to practice more stable. right now I'm taking alot of breaks and waking up whenever I want to etc. But next year I hope to dedicate myself to optI'mize the way I live which will most likely result in alot more tournament wins 4. The late 2010 I was weak and couldn't win tournaments because of changing race but I think 2011 my zerg will become best outside korea ^^ 5.Jimmie "poGDI" Österberg - GosuGamers.net StarCraft 2 Senior Replay Manager, former StarCraft 2 section leader 1. The best thing with 2010 was of course the beta and the release of StarCraft 2, a game that everyone has been waiting for many years now. And in my eyes the game is a great success, a proof of that is all the tournaments that are hosted every day around the world and also events like GSL and MLG with huge prize pools. 2. As I'm a StarCraft 2 player I would say I'm looking forward to see what the first expansion can bring to us. And I'm also eager to play Diablo 3 when that will go online as a beta and also the release of the game. I doubt that it will be ready during 2011 we all know how Blizzard are. 3. I will go a friends house with fiancee and eat dinner and drink some champagne, after that we will head out to the center of Stockholm to watch the fireworks! 4. I usually never make any resolutions at all since I can't live up to them, but I can make two gaming related resolution and that would be that I will play more StarCraft 2. And also make sure that all the visitors on GosuGamers will enjoy even more epic replays! 5. I would like to give the New Years love rocket to all the casters around the world that make every event so special, they dedicate their time to make sure that everyone can enjoy the big tournaments in front of their computers or TVs cheering for their favorite players! I don't make new year resolutions. If I want to change something in my life I don't wait until the end of the year to do it. 5. I'm not sure what a "new years love rocket" is but from the sounds of it, it's like a shoutout. so, shoutout to DeMoN, Ducky and March!
