Shortly after PlayStation's tweet, Final Fantasy director Naoki Hamaguchi confirmed that the game being showcased on the Pro would be none other than Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth. Hamaguchi-san said, "FFVII REBIRTH on PS5 Pro will be playable at the PlayStation booth at the Tokyo Game Show!"
Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth is one of the games Sony has seemingly been pushing into media hands following the Pro's announcement, with tech-centric YouTube channel Digital Foundry showing the night and day differences between the two.
