No Man's Sky Fans Are Calling For Aquariums And A Better Skiff Following Aquarius Update

Summary
- No Man's Sky players are naming the features they'd like to see in future updates to build upon Aquarius' new fishing mechanics.
- Reddit user Zief82 mentions that they'd like an aquarium or trophy wall to display the fish they catch, as all we can do with them now is sell them.
- Meanwhile, Loeb123 calls on Hello Games to add a better way to drive the new exo skiff and let it protect us from different weather.
No Man's Sky has been pumping out updates fairly frequently recently, having released its new Aquarius update a little over a month after its massive Worlds Part 1 update. Fishing, a diving suit, and several other features were added as part of Aquarius, but No Man's Sky fans are now calling for a couple more features that make the update even better.

Posts 6First off, Reddit user Zief82 shared their request with the game's subreddit via a fun meme, hoping that Hello Games will add some kind of aquarium to the game so we can watch all of our captured fish swim around. At the moment, all you can really do with your fish is sell them, and fans like Zief82 want some way to admire our little fishy friends.
Alternatively, another user called Professional-Date378 suggests some kind of trophy wall so we can display our best catches. Sure, it's a lot more brutal than an aquarium, but at least we'd be able to show off our catches and do something with the fish besides sell them.
No Man's Sky Fans Want To Drive Their Exo Skiffs
Another highly-requested feature that No Man's Sky fans want added in the future appears to be a better exo skiff. As part of the Aquarius update, fans were given the ability to set up a skiff in the water that they can use as a floating platform dedicated for fishing. Unfortunately, all you can do with this skiff is set it up and have it slowly drift to locations of your choosing.
In a different thread on the No Man's Sky subreddit, a user called Loeb123 calls the current exo skiff the "most useless tech" in the entire game, bemoaning the vessel for its lack of mobility and lack of protection from the elements. UmbrellaCorpJeepGuy adds to these complaints, explaining they get "a little peeved" that you're allowed to set up the skiff in any weather, but it has no protection against the weather.
No Man's Sky players are an understanding bunch though, and reckon that te update is a little bare because Hello Games made it on a whim after seeing some fan art. Most of these hopes are made alongside acknowledgments from fans that they're still enjoying the update, but hope that it's expanded on in the future. For now, we wait for the next update.
