Xbox Game Pass has officially unveiled its Wave 1 lineup for March 2025, featuring six new games, with One Lonely Outpost among them. Notably, subscribers welcomed one title prior to the complete lineup reveal.

Prior to this announcement, Microsoft had already confirmed two titles for March 2025: 33 Immortals and Atomfall, both slated as day-one releases.

The full Wave 1 slate for Xbox Game Pass begins with Monster Train and concludes with 33 Immortals. Games included in this exciting update involve the charming farming simulation of One Lonely Outpost, the action-packed Enter the Gungeon, and the nostalgic shoot-em-up Mullet Madjack, all released in succession.Monster Train saw an unexpected return earlier today, March 4, making its comeback to Xbox Game Pass after a hiatus of 15 months.

The arrival of One Lonely Outpost on March 6 follows its original release back in June 2023, marking its console port as a day-one addition while bypassing Xbox Game Pass Standard initially. Likewise, Mullet Madjack will transition from its Steam debut in mid-May 2024 to join the Xbox Series X/S ecosystem and Xbox Game Pass on March 13.

Microsoft has recently been rolling out day-one titles to XGP Standard approximately six months post-launch in the higher tiers, although this timing can vary. For example, Galacticare, launched on Xbox Game Pass Ultimate in May 2024, will finally appear in the Standard-tier library on March 5, nearly ten months later. The anticipated addition of 33 Immortals, a co-op roguelike supporting up to 33 players from Thunder Lotus Games—renowned for the acclaimed sim Spiritfarer—is set for March 18 as a part of the Xbox Game Preview initiative. At this time, Thunder Lotus has not disclosed the expected duration of this early access phase.

Upcoming Wave 2 Lineup for March 2025

The announcement for the March 2025 Wave 2 lineup is expected on March 18, coinciding with the release of 33 Immortals. Among the next sets of releases, Atomfall, a survival action game, is confirmed to join the PC Game Pass and XGP Ultimate libraries on March 27.
