Naku Weed is an exciting new plant introduced in Inazuma, vital for players in the coming weeks. As a fresh Ascension material, sourcing Naku Weed may present a challenge due to its limited availability, but with updated farming strategies, you can streamline the process significantly.

Understanding, Weed

If you’re foraging for Naku Weed, you might be curious about its practical uses. This herb primarily serves as a level-up material for certain characters, which is why it’s crucial to gather it now. Currently, Naku Weed is used to level up Yoimiya and Kuki Shinobu, who was introduced in the version 2.7 update. While Yoimiya’s banner has passed, Kuki Shinobu’s availability is expected in mid-June.

Even if you aren’t focused on Yoimiya, stockpiling Naku Weed may be advantageous for future character development, as similar materials have been essential for Ascension in various other characters, such as Valberry for Noelle and Rosaria. Given that this phase of the Inazuma update is just beginning, new characters could demand Naku Weed in subsequent releases, especially if Hoyoverse revisits the Inazuma region.

Locations to Find Naku Weed

You can find Naku Weed growing abundantly across Inazuma’s three islands. The majority can be located on Kannazuka Island, with a smaller concentration on Narukami Island, and even fewer on the remaining third island.

Additionally, you can find two Naku Weed plants near the southern mine area.

Efficient Naku Weed Farming Strategies

To optimize your Naku Weed gathering, consider planning an efficient route that also allows you to collect Sakura Bloom. Alternatively, with the addition of the Serenitea Pot feature from the 2.0 update, you can actually farm Naku Weed within your own garden.

Once you reach an Inazuma reputation level of 3, you can obtain Naku Weed by speaking with Madarame Hyakubei. Completing “The Art of Horticulture” quest rewards you with a Seed Dispenser gadget from Madame Ping.

This gadget enables you to transform gathered items into seeds, with Naku Weed thriving particularly well in the Luxuriant Glebe area of your garden.
