In a recent interview with Famitsu, Keita Iizuka, the producer of the long-awaited Code Vein II, shared exciting developments regarding character customization features in the sequel. Iizuka noted that the team has significantly enhanced the flexibility and variety of customization options compared to the original installment.

Enhanced Customization Options for Players

Players can expect a much more in-depth character creation process in Code Vein II. Unlike its predecessor, this sequel will offer an anime-inspired vampire hunter protagonist that players can uniquely design. This includes a greater variety of facial features and enhanced adjustments for facial attributes such as eyes and noses. Moreover, players will have the ability to choose between straight or wavy hairstyles, and even add an array of accessories to further personalize their characters.

A Unique Narrative Experience

Bandai Namco made waves during the Summer Game Fest 2025, unveiling Code Vein II and its innovative storytelling. The narrative centers around a vampire hunter who faces death during a critical mission. Resurrected by a vampire girl who offers a piece of their heart, the protagonist embarks on a quest that involves elements of time travel.
