This crossover will be specifically featured in the Xbox Series X version, offering an alternative twist by showcasing Snake battling Bomberman characters instead of the previously rumored Ape Escape crossover. Reviving Secret Theater Videos

One of the more nostalgic aspects highlighted was the return of Secret Theater videos. Unlike prior iterations found online or visible in Metal Gear Solid 3: Subsistence, these videos will now serve as collectible items encountered within the game. As illustrated in the showcase, players can unlock these videos, such as “The Beginning is The End, ”by defeating specific enemies. Additionally, new content will be incorporated, enhancing the existing library of Secret Theater experiences.

Unraveling Fox Hunt Mode

While details about Fox Hunt Mode remain somewhat ambiguous, it is poised to provide a novel online multiplayer experience. Described as “new and totally original, ”this mode will incorporate stealth mechanics akin to the core gameplay of Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater. Players will engage in a strategic blend of hide-and-seek, balancing stealth with the urgency of locating opposing players.

Release Information

Fans can look forward to experiencing Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater, which is set to launch on August 28, 2025, for PS5, Xbox Series X, and PC. The original game debuted on the PS2 and was later adapted for the 3DS as Metal Gear Solid: Snake Eater 3D.
