The highly anticipated Marvel Rivals update has just launched, introducing an exciting Spring Festival featuring a new game mode that allows players to earn an array of rewards. This limited-time event encourages players to engage quickly to claim various skins, nameplates, sprays, and other items before the event concludes.

Throughout the festival, players can complete multiple tiers by gathering paint from designated missions. Below is an overview of how the new game mode operates, the missions available, and tips for unlocking all rewards during the Marvel Rivals Spring Festival.

How Does The Fortune & Colors Event Work?

The Fortune and Colors event is a key highlight of the Spring Festival, presenting players with a fresh game mode and exciting rewards to unlock. While some exclusive cosmetics are available for purchase, numerous other items can be obtained for free by participating in event-specific missions. This event commenced on January 23, 2025, and will be available until February 14, 2025.

Players who complete challenges and missions during this event will earn a new in-game currency called Danqing. This “magical dye”can be utilized on the event page’s blank canvas to unlock different reward tiers, and you can also earn it by competing in the new game mode, Clash of Dancing Lions.

Clash Of Dancing Lions Game Mode & Missions

The Clash of Dancing Lions features a thrilling 3v3 format where players can select from characters like Iron Fist, Black Widow, or Star-Lord. In this mode, players engage in a match set in a soccer-like arena where the objective is to score 12 points or have the highest score when the timer expires.

While players cannot inflict or receive damage, they can deploy unique abilities, such as Star-Lord’s Blaster Barrage, to knock the ball away from opponents. Players can choose to pass the ball or kick it downfield, staying strategically engaged throughout the match.

Currently, several missions and challenges are available for earning Danqing, with more expected to be added during the event. Below are the current missions and challenges you can undertake for Danqing rewards:

Don’t forget to monitor the missions tab for new challenges that will pop up throughout the event. This will help you track tasks required to obtain more Danqing and Chrono Tokens. Once you accumulate enough event currency, you will be able to unlock all 10 rewards available for free.
