Going with this logic, the Oathkeeper may be obtainable by taking part in Clan Wars and via random drops within the AFK World. Clan Wars is a game mode where two opposing clans fight against each other in a 4v4 battle. Upon winning, you have a higher chance of getting better rewards, such as weapons!
Additionally, remaining in the AFK World grants you a chance of getting weapons, such as the Oathbreaker, and perhaps the Oathkeeper, too. With the AFK World feature, you can get on with other tasks while you leave your device running. However, you need World Tickets to access the AFK World, which you can get by trading with other players or by purchasing them from the in-game shop.
