Type Soul Vizard Variant Tier List
Lesser Vizards can have 1 variant, whereas True Vizards get 3! To unlock your True Vizard form, you need to use a True Hogyoku, which is also used to perform a sole variant reroll. I go over the process of rerolling further down in this guide, below the tier list.
S Tier
- Armor
- True Vizard variant
- Posture regeneration
- You take less damage from foes (increased resistance)
- Allows you to deal true damage (and boosts your damage overall)
- Inflicts the enemy with an anti-heal debuff per hit
- Resonance
- True Vizard variant
- Stuns your enemy for a short period
- Adds around 50% to your Posture
- This variant doesn’t deal any additional damage to opponents
- Strongest against Quincies and Arrancars
- Deal true damage
- Disables enemies from attacking you with Blut and Hierro
- Blut
- True Letzt variant
- Vene DMG reduction +20%, DMG +25%
- Arteries DMG +5%
A Tier
- Health Regen
- Your HP replenishes scaling off by 1.1% of your maximum HP. This healing effect occurs over time, so you continuously regenerate your health in and outside of battle
- Boost
- True Letzt variant
- Increases your DEF, Speed, Reiatsu, and DMG
- Reiatsu
- True Letzt variant
- Restoring Reiatsu and stealing it increases the charge that summons an explosive burst that knocks enemies away, replenishing 10 Blut and 35 Reiatsu
- Halt
- Unlocks Soul Tracker
- Increases dodge frames
- Unlocks Soul Halt, which, when active, adds to the Soul Tracker, and at 100 it grants 2.8 seconds of dodge frames
B Tier
- Damage
- All damage dealt by every move increases by 10%
- Defence
- Your character’s defence stat increases by 10%
- Proficiency
- True Vastocar variant
- Your Hierro turns into up to 5 charges, which you can obtain by dealing DMG and striking with Cero Oscuras
- Boosts Hakuda, Kido, Speed, and Kendo
- Hierro
- True Vastocar variant
- Each M1 gives you 1 Hierro, maxing out at 31
- DEF +10%
- DMG +5%
- Cero Oscuras unlocks Hyperarmor
C Tier
- Reiatsu Regen
- The amount of Reiatsu you replenish gets a boost of 6%
- Dodge
- True Vastocar variant
- Unlock the dodge ability
- The cooldown refreshes when you attack with Cero Oscuras
- Flashstep +5
D Tier
- Weave (also referred to as Halt)
- Its only purpose is to dodge. It lasts around 3 seconds, and you need to fill the bar up to full capacity before you can even proc the singular dodge
- You also have no control over when it procs, as it automatically occurs once you fill the bar to 100+

Rerolling Your Vizard Variant
Not happy with your Vizard variant? You can reroll it. For one time only, you can use a True Hogyoku to change your variant. However, if you wish to reroll after using a True Hogyoku, you must obtain Soul Blessings or Vizard Variant Rerolls.
