The Hungarian Zerg player Gergely "KaShu" Fincza defeated Egor "Rondo" Kolchin in the final of the third installment of GosuCup.

KaShu went through to the final after a coin-flip win over St)Marwin due to uncontrollable lag issues, while the other finalist Rondo defeated MisticJoey to advance.

"He [Rondo] is a very great Protoss player but i know what I can do. ZvP is my favourite match up and I have beaten Rondo earlier," says KaShu about his thoughts on his opponent. "I wanted win this tournament after I got chance to play the final," he says.

Rondo was the one who took the early advantage winning the first (and longest) game on Byzantium. KaShu came back in the following two games, on Andromeda and Chupung-Reyung.

"We played many games before this series, and I think we knew each other's style. I tried to make some surprise in these games. In 3 games it worked," says KaShu to GosuGamers.

Fourt game, on Athena II, the Russian Protoss came out victorious after a corsair templar showcase against KaShu's mutalisks. Switching to hydralisks a while later was not sufficient enough for KaShu, as Rondo could run him over with his gateway salad.

Last game on Destination the Hungarian was able to seal the deal after a zergling/mutalisk duo which concluded into a hydra/lurker ending to deal with Rondo's zealot/templar/corsair army.
