KeSPA sold the broadcasting rights to IEG; OGN and MBC refused to recognize KeSPA's right to do so. That was the beginning of the dispute that threatened the ProLeague and maybe all of professional StarCraft gaming in Korea. Now MBC and OGN seem to have caved after some pressure from the professional teams and the situation in general.
The details are still a bit fuzzy, but Live2Win over at TeamLiquid reports that OGN and MBC have indeed recognized KeSPA's right to do what they did. Hopefully we will see some positive effects of this as well as the IEG spokesman when this first came up promised some improvements on coverage for non-Koreans. Time will tell.
