What was it that made you choose MYM instead of Templars of Twilight?
- That's actually something I can't discuss in full. But if I am to take steps towards my future goals in brood war, MYM can provide something ToT) cannot. ToT) was like a family to me, and I feel a bit like a traitor. I have had other money offers before, and turned them down easily. Boasting that ToT) > Any $ and I'd be ToT) for life. But as I grow older extra money becomes more important.
The people I have talked to from MYM - those that were drawing up the contract and offered me a spot seemed like good people and if Sen came I would definitely join. They are a serious team after all who keep promises.
However Sen had not been online and I convinced myself I would go with or without him, and I had have to coerce him. But that wasn't the case, he joined freely too.
Do you think that with you and SEn joining, MYM will be seen as the best clan in the foreign scene?
- Not yet. I do not know about MYM's lineup with their current activity. They had administrators play for them in the last war, yes? ToT) was dominant (yes, even with boss around), and there's only a few players that can make MYM dominant as well. We have solidified them as a top team though, now that much of their old team is gone and they have two stable and consistent players to wreak havoc with.
Now the brood war scene has been spiced up a little I would say. Because despite fragbet, everyone still knew ToT) was hands down the best. Now things become a little more interesting as each team fights for itself and we fight for the top spot.
How will it feel playing Templars of Twilight in the BWCL Premier League?
- As much as I will miss ToT).. hrm I will really miss them, a lot. ToT) is family. ToT) is a really, really great family. But I will work hard to make MYM the best. We must prove it before people say we are now a really great team. My love of competition was great.
My feelings towards MYM vs them in BWCL? To sum up my feelings I suppose I would have to say.. "I'm playing Mondragon ;)" They are my new family after all.
Do the ToT players feel that you are turning their back? How are their reactions to what has happened?
- No, perhaps to some extent they may feel that way. If they do they have not shown it.
They have said only the things i'd expect them to say and they understand. Some may feel that i've turned my back, but those who have haven't voiced it yet.
