This time the german Protoss player FiSheYe[pG] plays with Zerg, bottom right corner, vs the Canadian Protoss player rS.memOry aka Fayth[pG], bottom left corner, on Plains to Hill. Both players start the game with some early scout and immediately find the opponent. MemOry builds a pylon on the little ramp just outside of FiSheYe's base and starts warping in two canons, while FiSheYe morphs a hidden hatchery in memOry's base. After building 2 more canons and a warpgate, its almost impossible for FiSheYe to come out of his base with his lings and therefore he decides to morph sunkens on his hatchery in the Protoss base, coming closer and closer to the nexus and beeing able to kill it. With some lings, FiSheYe is on his way to scout for another Nexus of Protoss, finding it at the top right corner, but not beeing able to do serious damage against the many probes gathering minerals there, while memOry is able to build two Corsairs just in time, chasing after some overlords and getting killed soon by Hydralisks.
On the left side : the Zerg base entry. On the right side : the former Protoss nexus
Knowing that he is currently unable to expand from his original main, FiSheYe does a smart expand at his hatchery in memOry's base, which is over and above that perfectly secured against zealots. The game continues with expanding by both players, rising their army's a lot. Protoss is able to destroy one expansion of Zerg with some nice and well placed stormings and 12 mutalisk are about to die in the storms. FiSheYe has now an army consisting of many ultralisks and lings, supported by defilers and hydralisks vs many archons, high templars, zealots and dragoons.
Huge battles over and over again
This game is surely one of the best Protoss vs Zerg games ever played. Both players keep expanding, secureing their expansions and showing amazing battles with their army's. Again and again the army's have a meeting and dark swarms, maelstrom and psionic-storms are shown in a very amazing way. Both players keep upgrading their units to the maximum, 3-3 lings vs 3-2-3 zealots, guardians vs high templars. Protoss is able to keep his supply on a limit above 180 for many minutes, while Zerg looses many lings to a perfect mixture of Protoss spells. Protoss is on his way to kill on expansion of zerg by another. Zerg has 3 running island expansions now, but no huge army, while protoss has 1 island expansion running, but a 200/200 army with full-upgrades. As the time passes by, the final battle is about to be played. 40! Mutalisks and 2 queens with ensnare vs corsairs and carrier at one zerg island expansion are about to fight for the final victory of this game. Get the replay and enjoy this fantastic game. That is a really "GoodGame".
