The original king of SEA is back on the top, taking yet another championship to his account.
Dustin “WaningMoon” Mangulabnan is the very definition of Hearthstone veteran. Competing actively since the early days of the game, the Filipino proved multiple times he’s on the very top of his region.
In January last year, WaningMoon broke GosuCup records, achieving cup’s first and so far only hat-trick. 2015 overall wasn’t the best career for the Filipino, however, and he failed to take a single GosuCup gold and also missed making it to the APAC finals for the world championship.
On Sunday, WaningMoon’s Hearthstone pedigree increased even more. Following a tense five-game finals against Aaron Koh, the veteran took his fourth GosuCup title, winning not only $300 but also 3 HCT points for his championship campaign.
