Vigoss, the name is enough to strike a ping in any DotA player's mind. Is it true that this lost legend is returning to the international DotA scene with ASUS autumn 2009? The GosuGamers crew contacted the managers of AEON.ru, Tensa, to get an answer to this rumors.
Vasiliy "JoliE" Pepelyaev and Ivan 'Vigoss' Shinkarev have been the role models of DotA players since the Virtus Pro regime. Vigoss and Jolie have always been considered as one of the best gankers in the international DotA scene. Hence the entire DotA community went into ecstasy at the news that these two old clan mates will once again come together to play under a common banner.
The ASUS autumn tournament will begin on November 22. Most of the top eastern European teams are invited to compete for a total prize of 15000 rubles (roughly 5000 US dollars).
The schedule for the tournament:
9:00 - teams report-in
10:30 - group stage
20:00 - elimination rounds
22:00 - award ceremony
The prize money distribution: (RUB = rubles)
#1 - 60.000 RUB (~$2,071)
#2 - 50.000 RUB (~$1,380)
#3 - 20.000 RUB (~$690)
#4 - 10.000 RUB (~$345)
#5 - 5.000 RUB (~$173)

It was said that during an interview with Dmitriy "Tensa" Sateev before, he revealed that his team AEON.ru will definitely take part in the ASUS. It was released by news.replays.net that Jolie and Vigoss are very likely to be in the line-up of Aeon.ru in the upcoming ASUS autumn tournament. The original post can be found here.
After a short interaction with Tensa today and it was confirmed that the above news is nothing more than a rumor. As much as we all hope for Vigoss to return, the interview with Tensa is hereby reproduced to clear the confusion on this topic.

- Jolie joining AEON.ru is nonsense, I guess all who remembers the story of the conflict between Eryc and Vasiliy understand this.
And what about vigoss?
- I can say that this could be possible, at least the Asian organization wanted to see him in our team, but the team is formed already, and I don’t want to kick somebody. It's sad sometimes the DotA isn't 7on7 or 6on6.
To all the disappointed fans: this statement only confirms that they will not play for AEON.ru. Luckily there is more than one clan fighting at this tournament.
