The all-kills keep raining in SPL Round 3 and today, EG-TL and KT Rolster were on the receiving end, despite putting some of their best on the line.
By scoring yet another loss, the joint roster of Team Liquid and Evil Geniuses plummeted even deeper in the overall rankings and are currently last with a substantial difference of 6 points between them and the seventh place. Having Stephano on Proleague duty did not help EG-TL a lot and the team is sitting on just one win this round. Standing at -14 points and facing KT Rolster on the 26th - a team that banked two all-kills from this match up in previous rounds - spells only trouble for EG-TL.
KT Rolster are not faring well themselves. As the only team that has not seen a victory this round, KT are slowly but surely losing the leadership position in the overall standings. Falling 0-4 to CJ Entus in under one hour today puts KT Rolster third at +6 points and last in the Round 3 standings at -11.
Meanwhile, Woongjin Stars are amplifying their lead with every played match. Losing to Team 8 in the first week absolutely unchained the Stars roster and they went on an obliterating spree throughout the Proleague. Two all kills against EG-TL and STX, a 4-1 against KT and 4-2 versus SKT skyrocketed Woongjin to the position of undisputed leader in the overall standings with the staggering score of +26. That's an 18-point difference between them and #2 in the rankings CJ Entus, gap that Woongjin will not easily lose if they maintain the momentum that carried them through the first three rounds.
