FruitDealer at today's GOMTV GSL July Code S match.Ever since their leave of Team SCV Life, TSL in short, Seo Ki "TricksteR" Soo and Kin Won "FruitDealer" Ki have been spinning hot in the eSports rumour mill. Today the two can both be found in the ESEA roster of compLexity Gaming.
ESEA is a well-known FPS competitive platform. StarCraft 2 was recently added as one of the disciples in the ninth season. In the list of league transactions, FruitDealer's and TricksteR's accounts were added to compLexity at 06:00 CET on June 29.
Neither of the two are listed as premium players and are therefore not yet eligible for play in the division.
compLexity asked for feedback regarding Korean signings
As late as yesterday, June 28, compLexity asked their Facebook fans of what they think of Western teams looking for Koreans to sign. The fan page received more or less nothing but positive responses.
Nothing has yet been announced from compLexity's side, and today's GOMTV GSL series with FruitDealer showed no signs of team change.
TricksteR: "I am in talks with some teams"
In yesterday's post-game interview, Trickster revealed that he is looking for a new team.
- "I guess you can say that. I am in talks with some teams, but I think I will need to talk more with my previous coach." He added, "I will eventually find a team, and I may end up joining a team very soon. It may be as soon as the end of this week." He did however mention that him and FruitDealer are not looking at the same teams because "Fruitdealer has had better results so he may get to go wherever he likes."
One of the compLexity's team members, Andrew "Drewbie" Moysey, replied with a simple 'no' in a thread at community site TeamLiquid when asked if it was true.
Listed as a StarTale player in NASL
TricksteR having registered as StarTaleTricksteR for the second season's qualifier for North American StarLeague does however indicate that a complete overhaul to the American organization is not the full story.
