Where to find Rowlet
Rowlet can be found in the Savanna Biome after it’s been upgraded at Blueberry Academy. The Pokémon will be pretty easy to find, but you first need to upgrade the biodiversity of the biome.
To upgrade the Savanna Biome, complete Blueberry Quests to earn Blueberry Points, or BP. Then, you can head to the League Club Room at Blueberry Academy and access the computer. Select to contribute BP. Scroll down the list until you find the Terarium Club, which you can select ‘Boost biodiversity of the Savanna Biome’.
