The Dark Pictures Anthology: The Devil In Me - Ignition Scene Walkthrough

With so many things happening all at once in The Dark Pictures Anthology: The Devil in Me, it can be a little challenging to keep track of the goings-on as the night progresses. With crew members getting separated left and right, dozens of secrets to find, and not one but two possible deaths so far, now seems as good a time as ever to check in with The Curator.

As always, The Curator’s segments serve as a snarky summary of your decisions so far, as well as the chance for a hint about the upcoming sections.
As a Dark Pictures Anthology game, your mileage may vary during your playthroughs based entirely on the decisions you’ve been making.
With this as a summary chapter, there aren’t any to make here, but we wanted to include the scene in our coverage for completion.
Catching Up With The Curator
When you enter The Repository, you find The Curator smoking a chunk of meat in his fireplace. He breaks from his cooking, however, to remind you of what you’ve done so far.
If you watched Charlie die during the Incinerator scene
The Curator comments on how awful it must be to burn alive and wonders about the crew.
If Charlie hid in the floor grate during the Incinerator scene
The Curator says that Charlie's "goose may be cooked."
He then switches his attention to the others in the crew, discussing Mark and Kate’s relationship. He reminds you that Kate has been hiding something from him, as you saw with the newspaper headline that shook Kate back in the Wall scene.
He additionally offers some world-building, reminding you how creepy Du’Met’s animatronics have become. He then offers to give you a hint for the scenes ahead, “to even the odds.”
If you take the hint
The Curator tells you how Holmes took his surname from Sherlock Holmes and warns you in a vague speech that the murderer who owns the building knows its layout better than you.
If you do not take the hint
The Curator simply apologizes for asking.
Regardless of what’s happened in your game or your choice on whether to take the hint, the scene ends with The Curator wishing you luck.
