In Remnant 2, Relics are special items that you can use to heal and gain various benefits. These relics have a limited number of uses and can be refilled after interacting with any World Stone. Unlike the previous game where the main method of healing was the Dragon Heart, in Remnant 2, you can discover and use various kinds of relics based on the challenges you face.

These relics offer different ways to heal with some providing instant healing, others healing gradually over time, and some even giving you some passive abilities when you activate them.
How To Get The Unsullied Heart
The Unsullied Heart is a valuable Relic located in a hidden location at Losomn, specifically at the Palace Courtyard. However, you must first craft a specific amulet before you can acquire it.
During The Imposter King storyline, which involves defeating either Faelin or Faerin, you must defeat both of them for this process.
This means you need to complete two playthroughs of the Imposter King storyline in Losomn.
In the first run, follow the storyline normally and aim to defeat Faelin. This will grant you the Imposter's Heart, which is the crafting item for the Deceit Long Gun at McCabe's workshop.
Additionally, if you inform Faerin that you've eliminated Faelin, he will express his gratitude and reward you with Faerin's Sigil.
Faerin's Sigil Ring generates ten percent Mod Power whenever you make Critical or Weakspot hits.
For the second playthrough of Losomn, you must defeat Faerin. As a result, you'll obtain the Melded Hilt, which can be used to craft the Godsplitter melee weapon.
Just like in the first playthrough, inform Faelin of your victory over Faerin, and he will offer you Faelin's Sigil.
Faelin's Sigil Ring grants ten Mod Power when dealing Melee damage.
Now that you have both rings, it's time to make your way back to Nimue.
After interacting with her, you'll have the opportunity to use both Faelin's Sigil and Faerin's Sigil to craft the One True King Sigil.
The One True King Sigil amulet grants 20 percent Mod Damage while enhancing the effect of Faerin's Sigil and Faelin's Sigil by 50 percent per Sigil equipped.
However, that is not the only use for this amulet.
If you fast-travel back to the Palace Courtyard, whether at the Beatific Palace or Malefic Palace, you will see a nearby large sword wielding statue.
All you need to do here is equip the One True King Sigil amulet, and you will notice the statue rise and will have the Unsullied Heart at its bottom.
Unsullied Heart is a Relic that heals for 100 percent of Health over 0.5 seconds.
