How To Get Refined Ingot
Refined Ingot is a craftable material, not one you can collect in the open world. In order to craft it, you first need to unlock the Improved Furnace at level 34 in the Technology menu. This structure is essential for crafting Refined Ingots.
To construct an Improved Furnace, you need to have 100 Stone, 30 Cement, and 15 Flame Organ.
With this building at your base, you can make Refined Ingots in its crafting menu using Ore and Coal.
Coal is commonly found in desert areas. Go northwest from the starting point until you reach a desert biome at coordinates -158, -91.
On the other hand, Ore can be found in various places, including behind the Desolate Church with coordinates 63, -417.

To craft one Refined Ingot, you'll need two Ore and two Coal. Remember, the Furnace needs a fire-type pal with Kindling in their work skills.
