The game itself is exclusive to Meta Quest headsets and is subscription-based, though it offers unprecedented utility. From personal trainers to choreographed dance, Supernatural VR Fitness comes loaded with plenty of different routines that are continually being updated.

The one thing to keep in mind is that Supernatural VR Fitness is currently only available in the US and Canada.

Les Mills is already a well-known home workout company that has hands in just about every exercise-related pie. The Les Mills Bodycombat XR experience is one of their latest attempts at bringing your workout home in as immersive a means as possible.

The game is titled XR for a simple reason - it can be played as Virtual Reality, or Mixed Reality. This means you can even incorporate your actual surroundings into the VR experience for that extra depth to your exercise. All for one payment, it's a great investment to keep yourself in shape.

Released as a free download on the Nintendo eShop in 2020, Jump Rope Challenge is a fitness video game with a singular focus. Using motion controls via the Nintendo Switch joy-cons, you are expected to perform a set number of jumps in jump rope.

The game sports a very minimalist design but what it lacks in production values it makes up for in utility as it encourages you to stay fit and active with its daily challenges.

It is also surprisingly customizable and will let you pick between a number of styles and designs in the game in addition to the different fighting modes such as a battle mode, grand prix, and versus. The game received excellent reviews upon its release.

Somewhat similar to games like Guitar Hero and even Just Dance, Beat Saber is an intuitive virtual reality game where players will need to pay close attention while music plays to use horizontal "sabers" that will cut blocks in half to the beat of the music.

It will definitely keep you moving and you'll have to watch carefully to ensure you can move fast enough to cut all the various blocks in half while maintaining the beat of the song. You can play single-player or multiplayer in party mode.

Supershot VR is no joke, this is a game that will make you sweat profusely and give you a serious workout if you truly throw yourself into the gameplay. There is a good reason that it has won multiple gaming awards, including one for best VR game on the market.

You will have to try and defeat multiple enemies while being outgunned and the game doesn't give you a health bar or extra ammo. You have yourself and your physicality to fight and that is it. You'll also need to get the guns from your enemies after they've fallen. There are multiple modes, including one where you have to try not to use guns at all and one where only headshots will work.
