How To Get The Magnify Materia

From Cait Sith

As you progress through the main story, you'll eventually arrive at the Gold Saucer in Chapter 8, where you'll encounter a familiar face, Cait Sith. This character will assist you in navigating through the area. After completing this chapter, without delving into spoilers, Cait Sith will join your party as a playable character.

Cait Sith comes equipped with their own equipment and materia. Among his materia, you'll find the Magnify Materia.

It's important to note that this materia isn't exclusive to Sith, as you can unequip it from him and equip it to any other character in your party.
