In this guide, we are going to take a look at how you can get flour. This material is not found naturally in the world; instead, you will need to first gather Wheat Grain, which is then processed into the flour. With this in mind, let's dive into how you can find Wheat Grain.

Where To Find Wheat Grains

Wheat Grain is found in the Nomad Highlands, but it's not plentiful throughout the region. Instead, you will need to head to a specific farming spot. One location to get Wheat Grain is to the right of Umber Hollow. Here, you can find a farm called Bounty Barn, where wheat, bell peppers, and sage can be harvested.

You can get here by heading south from the Nomad Highlands Ancient Spire.

How To Farm Wheat

Thankfully, Wheat can be farmed! To do so, you need to find at least one Wheat Grain and have the Farmer NPC in your base.

With this NPC, you can make the Seedbed, which allows you to craft Wheat Seedlings. This will require the following materials.

  • 1x Water
  • 1x Wheat Grains
  • 1x Fossilized Bone Dust

With these materials, you can get 20 seedlings after a processing time of 20 minutes. To continue growing Wheat, be sure to always have at least one Wheat Grain.

How To Turn Wheat Into Flour

With Wheat Grain in hand, you just need to head to a Grinder, which is a piece of equipment made by the Alchemist. Here, you can use two pieces of Wheat Grain to make one flour. This process will take five minutes, but you can put a lot of Wheat Grain in the Grinder, allowing it to continuously process flour.

What To Do With Flour

Now that you have flour, let's use it! Flour is mainly used in cooking. For example, to make the Meat Wrap, you will need the following materials.

  • 1x Water
  • 3x Red Mushroom
  • 1x Raw Sand Digger Meat
  • 1x Flour

This is a food item that provides five Constitution points (which boosts your HP), making it quite important. Flour is also used to make Flatbread, which can then be used to make an Open Sandwich. This recipe requires the following materials and provides extra Strength and Constitution.

  • 1x Saffron
  • 1x Grilled Wolf Meat
  • 1x Flatbread
    • 1x Salt
    • 1x Water
    • 1x Flour
