Disney Epic Mickey: Rebrushed - Noisy Safe Quest Walkthrough

As you progress in the world of Disney Epic Mickey: Rebrushed, you'll find various unique areas while using the 2D platforming through the side-scrolling levels to move between them. Some of these areas can only be visited once, while others become a hub that you can revisit after finishing the quest in that area.

It might be easy to get past the Ticket Booth area in Disney Epic Mickey: Rebrushed, but helping Gremlin Tim isn't going to be the same.

Ostown is one such area, and you'll arrive here to find Oswald once you get enough power sparks. However, you'll have to find the code to a safe dangling from the Gag Factory to get past this area for the first time.

How To Get The Safe's Code

When you enter the Ostown area, you'll talk to the lady in her garden, who'll tell you about the noisy safe near the Gag Factory. When you look at it, you'll easily be able to spot the safe at the top dangling by a rope. An NPC called Moody will be standing right below it, and he'll give you a path to get the code.

For this, you simply have to fully paint his house, which can be found by looking in the direction that Moody is looking at. Moody's house will be right beside Mickey's, and it can also be seen on the map in the main menu. You simply have to use your paint (blue) to color this house fully from every corner.

If you're having a hard time reaching the top, you can jump on Mickey's house and paint it from there.

Once you fully paint the house, a popup will come with Gus saying the job is done. You can then go back to Moody and take the code from him. This conversation will also give you the Blue House concept art. Once you have the code, you can jump on the safe and get the interaction to unlock it.

If you're having problems getting on the Gag Factory, you can paint the trash can beside the main entry and use it to get up.

Alternate Method To Open The Safe

If you're looking for a much easier time to get the safe opened, you can simply climb the Gag Factory and thin out the bar holding it. When you first try to do it, you'll get a warning that the safe will fall right on top of Moody, which will happen if you thin out the bar.

Keep in mind that you won't be able to get the concept art through this method, and Moody might not be available for any quest involving him in the future.

Once you've opened the safe with either of the methods, a Gremlin will pop out of it and ask you to fetch his Wrench. After you do that, he'll fix the bridge and open the way to Mickeyjunk Mountain for you.
