Dungeons of Hinterberg has many achievements that cover slaying monsters, finishing the story, building friendships, upgrading your gear, and more. A few of the 41 achievements available will be completed as you progress through the main story, but there are many others that require a bit more effort.

Story Achievements In Dungeons Of Hinterberg
The main story unfolds as you begin completing dungeons and progressing through the game. These achievements will happen at key moments in the story, starting with completing the Beginner Dungeon with Klaus, and ending with saving Hinterberg from Mayor Wagner.
Once you've completed the story the game will be over. If you still have achievements to unlock, we recommend creating a save file before completing the last dungeon so you can go back.

Completion And Collection Achievements
In order to finish the main story in Dungeons of Hinterberg, you will have to complete all 26 of the dungeons available in the game, so you should have no problem unlocking the dungeon achievements.
Each dungeon also holds a Commemorative Coin inside a chest, usually in a hard-to-reach place, or somewhere easily missable if you don't look everywhere.
If you're unsure which coins you're missing, check the Story Items in your inventory. It will show you which coins you've collected. Then, before completing the final dungeon, go back through the dungeons you're missing coins for and find them.

Developing relationships with the people of Hinterberg help you gain helpful features, buffs, and items to help you complete dungeons and become the best slayer. While many of these are not required to finish the game, the rewards you can gain will be exceptionally helpful.

How To Unlock
Buddies
Become "Buddies" with someone.
The more you talk with someone in Hinterberg and spend time with them, the more your relationship grows. The first level after becoming Acquainted with someone is becoming Buddies.
Furry Friend
Get acquainted with a dog.
After completing the A Furry Pal quest line, you'll become Acquainted with the German Shepherd in town, who you get to choose a name for.
Introvert
Spend 3 evenings alone.
Evenings are the time for you to mingle with other slayers or with the people of Hinterberg. You can choose instead spend time at the Cinema, which will enhance your Amusement, or the Kirchenwart, which will enhance your Familiarty and Health. Do this three times to unlock the achievement.
Generous Spirit
Give someone a gift they really like.
You can buy gifts from the Flowers and Gifts shop on Shopping Street, then gift it to any one you want once a day. If you gift them something they really like, you'll not only unlock the achievement, but they might give you something cool in return.
Socialite
Spend an evening at the Grand Hotel.
After you complete the Where Is It? Quest with Gertrude, the Grand Hotel will be open to you every evening. Each time, someone else will be there for you to spend time with. Do this once to unlock the achievement.
Friendly Overtures
Reach "Friends" level with three people.
The third relationship level is called Friends, and can only be achieved with 12 out of the 16 people in Hinterberg. To increase relationship levels, you can give gifts and spend your evenings in town with these people. Reach the third level with three of them to unlock the achievement.
Altruist
Save Hannah's Shop
Unlocking this achievement involves completing the Can I Get An Autograph quest.
Social Butterfly
Meet everyone listed in Alex's notes.
In your menu, tab over to Log, then go to the People tab. Everyone you should meet will be listed in here. During the evenings, when you can walk around town, is the best time to meet people, and you can see where they are on the map, making it easy to find them. Talk to every one on that list at least once to unlock the achievement.
Heart to Heart.
Complete a relationship with one person.
Fully complete your relationship with at least one person in Hinterberg. This will mostly likely be obtained with Alex first as you progress through the story, but can be completed with anyone before then.
Miscellaneous Achievements
These other miscellaneous achievements cover things like selling trash, unlocking certain in-game features, or upgrading your gear. Some of these will happen naturally as you progress through the main story, while others will only happen as you improve your relationships with people.
As before, none of these are required for finishing the story, but many of them will help make you stronger for the final boss.

Unlocking Potential
Unlock the third Attack Conduit slot.
This will happen after you spend an evening with Kai and unlock the Acquainted relationship level.
Dance of Death
Unlock the Combo Counter
This will unlock after you spend an evening with Renaud and become Acquainted.
Environmentalist
Sell 300 pieces of trash.
You'll be able to sell trash to Klaus at the Visitor Center when you reach relationship Level 2 with him. Just talk to him when he's at the Visitor Center and sell 300 pieces of trash to unlock the achievement.
Efficiency
Shrink a Charm down to one slot.
Shrinking your Charms allows you to equip more of them. Speak with the Scientist, located by the bus station, and if you have enough materials you can start shrinking your Charms. You need to shrink one Charm down to one slot to unlock the achievement.
Enchanting
Enchant three swords.
You can enchant your swords with Hannah after you've reached Level 2 relationship with her.
Night Owl
Stay up late three times.
You can stay up late reading or watching TV in your hotel room. Doing this makes you tired the next day, so plan accordingly.
Tough and Buff
Upgrade one piece of every kind of armor.
After you help Hannah save her smithy shop, spend your evening with Hannah and you'll unlock the ability to upgrade your armor with her. Upgrade just one piece of body armor, pads, and leggings to trigger the achievement.
Animal Lover
Feed a cow.
This can be achieved early in the game. After gaining your magic spells from the Skill Shrine on Doberkogel, blow up the boulder to proceed up the path. Climb a few ledges and you'll find a cow named Bessie behind a fence. Simply walk up to Bessie and press the prompt to feed her and unlock the achievement.
Water you looking for?
Find the chest hidden behind the waterfall.
The waterfall in question is located in the area of the Jelly Tunnels dungeon entrance. Though the chest is locked, just finding it will unlock the achievement.
Charmed
Completely fill your charm stack, with no gaps or empty spaces.
Each Charm fills a certain amount of spaces in your charm stack, and it can be difficult to fit them in their without gaps. Once you start shrinking your charms with the Scientist, this should be easier to achieve.
Grove Throve
Open all locked chests in Hinterwald.
Reaching Level 1 relationship with Thea will give you the ability to open all the locked treasure chests in Hinterwald and other biomes as well.
Running on Fumes
Finish a dungeon while tired.
When you stay up late, the next day you'll be running around tired with less HP. Run just one dungeon in this state to unlock the achievement, but make sure you have plenty of potions equipped.
Just Chilling
Spend the afternoon at three different Scenic Spots.
Instead of running dungeons, choose any of the Scenic Spots in any of the biomes to spend your afternoon. The scenic spots are indicated on the map as a meditating figure. Do this at three different Scenic Spots to unlock.
Virtuoso
Use 7 different Attack Conduits.
You'll get your first two Attack Conduits from Hannah, but after that you can get more in chests or buying them from Hannah. Use seven different ones to unlock the achievement.
We Are Amused
Reach 200 Amusement.
Amusement stats are earned by watching TV, hanging out at the campfire, and spending time with certain NPCs. Reach 200 to unlock the achievement.
Relaxpert
Reach 200 Relaxation.
Relaxation stats are earned by visiting the Hinterberg Spa, watching TV. Reach 200 to unlock the achievement.
Slayer
Slay 100 monsters.
Just keep adventuring until you've slain 100 total monsters. If you fight with monsters around the biomes and not just in the dungeons, you should get this one in no time.
