Black Myth: Wukong - Bell Location Guide

It might surprise you to learn that each region in Black Myth: Wukong is expansive and filled with opportunities for exploration. Even when there isn’t a boss fight, you’ll find plenty of items to discover, from chests with new gear and crafting materials to ingredients and NPCs with quests to complete.

Black Myth: Wukong - Beginner Tips

Here are a handful of tips and tricks you should know before starting your journey in Black Myth: Wukong.

One of the first puzzles you’ll encounter involves finding three bells scattered around Black Wind Mountain. A character will mention these bells, and while you may have already come across one or two if you've been exploring thoroughly, this guide will help you locate any you might be missing.

There doesn’t appear to be a specific order in which you need to interact with the bells.

First Bell Location - Guangzhi

The first bell is located just after the Guangzhi boss fight, but this is an optional fight, so you need to locate the boss first. To find it, start from the Forest of Wolves - Outside the Forest Keeper's Shrine. Proceed forward and veer to the right, where you'll find a small wooden bridge.

Cross it, and soon after, look to your left to see some pots of fire marking the path. Follow these, and you’ll come to an entrance where you’ll need to battle Guangzhi.

After defeating Guangzhi, you’ll spot the bell. Approach it and interact with it before moving on to the next one.

Second Bell Location - Guangmou

The second bell is located after the Guangmou boss fight, which is part of the main story but can be easily missed as you progress through this region.

If you forget its location, travel to the Bamboo Grove - Marsh of White Mist Keeper's Shrine and backtrack a bit to the area where you fought Guangmou.

Here, climb the stairs to the right, and you'll spot the second bell you need. Make sure to interact with it.

Third Bell Location - Whiteclad Noble

The third bell is probably the easiest to find as it's located near the area where you fight Whiteclad Noble, which is the next boss fight after Guangmou and part of the main story progression.

This boss will be the first to mention the three bells, but thanks to this guide, you're already ahead.

Once you defeat Whiteclad Noble, follow the path to the left side of the arena until you spot the final bell. Interact with it, and you'll be teleported to a new location within this region.

This secret location in Black Wind Mountain contains a few chests and a boss fight against Elder Jinchi behind a door.

After defeating Elder Jinchi, you'll be transported back to the normal region, where you'll find a corpse hanging. Interact with it to receive your first Vessel, the Fireproof Mantle.
