King of the Hill has never played better than in the fantastic board game King of Tokyo, and King of New York. Fundamentally very similar, these board games share most of the same rules, mechanics, and game feel that make them virtually interchangeable.

Dressing up for Halloween is one of the best parts of the holiday and now you too can don some Kaiju-sized costumes when you jump into a game of King of Tokyo. This expansion comes with two new monsters to pick, Boogie Woogie and Pumpkin Jack, a few Power Up cards to compliment the Power Up! expansion and 12 special costume cards.
These cards add other bonuses to your monsters, but they can be stolen by other players so they’re rarely around for long. One of the best features of this expansion is that it comes with an extra set of dice, so there’s a little less passing around dice between players.

Surprising no one, the Monster Pack: Cthulhu puts you in the dripping wet shoes of the eldritch beast himself. You get to play as the great Dreamer in an exceptionally flavored expansion complete with Cultists and his very own Temple.
The Monster Pack: Cthulhu is a bit more involved than some other Monster Packs, as the Cultists have different rules depending on if you’re playing King of Tokyo or King of New York. Either way, you also gain access to Madness tokens, which can hinder your opponents by locking them out of dice to roll.

Originally found in the Dark Edition of King of Tokyo, the Even More Wicked! expansion brings a devilishly evil take on the game. While this expansion doesn’t come with a new monster to play as but instead offers a new twist on traditional rules to change up the game.
With the Even More Wicked expansion, you get a special point tracking board, Wickedness tiles, and a special monster counter for 15 of the original monsters. You’ll earn wickedness points instead of victory points for different rolls, which offers a different way to win while making your worst rolls feel a little better.
King of Tokyo: Monster Pack: King Kong
He's the King of every city

The eighth wonder of the world is visiting Tokyo now in the Monster Pack expansion for him. Much like the Cthulhu Monster Pack, King Kong lets you play as the giant gorilla, as well as a whole bunch of new cards and mechanics exclusive to Kong.
King Kong brings with him an alternate win condition by assembling three pieces of a building, either Tokyo Tower or the Empire State Building, depending on which city you’re playing it. Once the building is built, you win the game, though each piece is harder to acquire than the last.
King of Tokyo: Monster Pack: Baby Gigazaur
Take over the city, one nap at a time.

The last expansion for King of Tokyo is also the most recent one released for the game. This one takes the Baby Gigazaur monster found in the Monster Box edition of King of Tokyo and releases it as an individual monster you can add to your collection.
This little cutie is an absolute blast to play, especially with cards that punish your opponents for wounding your Baby Gigazaur. The inspiration for this friendly fella is Baby Godzilla, and though he doesn’t add as much to the game as King Kong or other Monster Packs, he’s an adorable addition to the game.
