Monopoly Go: Downtime Derby Rewards Guide (February 8-9)
With the Tycoon Racers races having kicked off in Monopoly Go, it is time for another leaderboard tournament to help users gain checkered flags. This leaderboard tournament will be a race in its own right, as you will be rewarded handsomely for reaching the top of the scoreboard. But even if you fall short, those checkered flags will still help you achieve success elsewhere.

PostsThe Downtime Derby runs from 8AM EST on February 8th and will end at 1PM EST on February 9th. As I've already mentioned, this event is running parallel with the big Tycoon Racers event, so it is a golden opportunity to score checkered flags.
How To Earn Rewards In Downtime Derby
TheDowntime Derby tournament follows the classic style of Monopoly Go tournament event. Your goal is to land on Railroad tiles. By doing this you'll earn points that will help you climb the leaderboard. How many points you'll earn will be determined by which Railroad minigame you are given. Bank Heists will provide you with the best rewards - especially if you get the triple diamonds.

You'll need to utilize dice multipliers effectively if you are going to really compete. Keep an eye on how many spaces away you are from a Railroad Tile, and increase the multiplier when you are within 7 spaces (which is the most common roll). This will give you the best chance of scoring a large amount of points
The Downtime Derby event s a great way to grab checkered flags! There are literally hundreds of them up for grabs as you work your way through the 40 total milestones. So, if you don't want to let your partners down, get rolling and collect those flags. Alongside those checked flags, you'll also earn dice rolls, stacks of cold hard cash, and sticker packs.

The "Cash Reward" milestones don't mention the amount of cash they provide as that amount depends on your Net Worth. If you want to increase how much you earn, you need to clear game boards. The more board you clear, the more landmarks you level up, the more points you'll earn toward increasing your Net Worth.
