When your builder moves to Sandrock to replace Mason as he retires, they're one of two builders hired for the job - Mi-an is another builder in Sandrock, ready to work with you to improve the town.
Mi-an grew up in the neighboring city of Tallsky, but chose to move to Sandrock to help its restoration efforts. She's shown to be compassionate and caring, taking the occasional bit of time off from her improvement works to hang out with Elsie, her only noted friend in Sandrock.
Although Mi-an is technically your competitor when it comes to workshop rankings in Sandrock, she never seems to view it as anything more than friendly competition - after all, you're both there with the same goals in mind.
What Are Mi-an's Relation Perks?
Since she doesn't run a store, Mi-an's relationship perks are a bit lacking - she's only got one. Buddy and Good Friend status do not offer special rewards.
Once you reach Friend status with Mi-an, your builder will receive a 20-point increase in their Stamina. This is a permanent addition, so enjoy your extended capabilities each day!
Where Can You Find Mi-an In Sandrock?
One of the best things about trying to romance Mi-an in My Time at Sandrock is that she's around fairly often for major story points.
Her having a hand in helping renovate the town makes her pretty easy to find. When you're not in the middle of a major quest, Mi-an is typically inside of or around her workshop in the central part of Sandrock.
She heads to the Commerce Guild in the mornings, presumably to grab some commissions for the day, and then returns to her workshop for a while. Mi-an is also quite liable to head to the Quarry by Eufaula Salvage and Paradise Lost for materials.
