• Behind a section of breakable bricks on the side of the Mage Tower.

• Perched on a mobile treestump that moves through the area around the tower.

• Displayed on a deceptive imp statue positioned in front of the tower.
• If all else fails, the tower might be accessible with a sealed door further inside, where you can find the rune upstairs opposite the sealed door.
