Prema can be found at the Penacony Paperfold University College. Specifically, this Pepeshi NPC is located directly northeast of the Chromasweven Avenue Space Anchor. From the teleporter, proceed straight and take a right to find her beside the club booths.

To secure the concealed Honkai Star Rail 2.6 achievement, engage with the NPC and activate the Clockwork feature. Adjust her emotions subsequently. Start with switching to anger and listen attentively to her full dialogue. Skipping this essential step may hinder the achievement’s completion.
