Escape from Tarkov: Completing Colleagues Part 2 Guide and Rewards
Completing therapist-related tasks is relatively straightforward, and the “Colleagues Part 2″mission in Escape from Tarkov is no different. In this quest, players are tasked with locating two essential items: an ophthalmoscope and a CMS kit, both located on the Shoreline map. Given the map’s expansive nature, you might choose to either explore at a leisurely pace or opt for a swift run utilizing various injectors such as SJ6 and Tramadol for enhanced mobility.
This guide will walk you through the process of locating both quest items necessary to complete the Colleagues Part 2 mission in Escape from Tarkov.
Colleagues Part 2 Task Guide in Escape from Tarkov

- Retrieve and secure Sanitar’s surgery kit marked with a blue symbol on Shoreline.
- Locate and secure Sanitar’s ophthalmoscope on Shoreline.
- Deliver Sanitar’s surgery kit to the Therapist.
- Present Sanitar’s ophthalmoscope to the Therapist.
Finding Sanitar’s Surgery Kit on Shoreline

If you spawn near the Road to Customs, utilize an SJ6 injector for quicker access to the Pier. For those unfamiliar with this map, simply head toward the shoreline and follow the coast until you reach the roadblock just outside the Pier.

Inside the building, you’ll find the surgical kit located in the left office on the second floor, resting atop a wooden wardrobe.
Locating Sanitar’s Ophthalmoscope on Shoreline

Entrance requires the “Cottage back door key,”which can typically be sourced from jackets, drawers, or scav pockets/bags. Alternatively, the key may be purchased on the flea market.

After successfully collecting both items, proceed to extract and deliver them to the Therapist to conclude the Colleagues Part 2 mission in Escape from Tarkov.
Mission Rewards
Upon completion of Colleagues Part 2, you will receive the following rewards:
- Experience: 12,400
- Reputation with the Therapist: +0.04
- Roubles: 60,000 (63,000 and 69,000 Roubles if you have Intel Center Levels 2 and 3, respectively)
- 1x Surv 12 Surgical kit
- 1x P22 stimulant injector
