Exciting New DLC Characters Coming to Dragon Ball: Sparking Zero

On March 16, 2025, as part of the Grand Finals at the Dragon Ball: Sparking Zero The Dramatic Showdown event, Bandai Namco unveiled an exciting trailer featuring characters from the upcoming Dragon Ball Daima anime. This DLC lineup includes fan-f favorites like Vegeta (Mini) and Glorio, along with additional Super Saiyan forms of Son Goku (Mini) and Vegeta (Mini).Players can expect to try out these new characters in April 2025.

Character Highlights from the Trailer

The newly released video opens with Vegeta (Mini) expressing his frustration about being trapped in a child’s body during battles in Dragon Ball: Sparking Zero. As the action unfolds, he transforms into Super Saiyan, showcasing his combat style in this alternate form. The focus then shifts to Glorio, an original character introduced in the Dragon Ball Daima anime, who is set to utilize a unique energy whip attack. A brief glimpse of Goku (Mini) in his Super Saiyan form is also teased, although specific details about his moveset are still under wraps.

Previous DLC Packs and Character Additions

This upcoming DLC represents the second pack for Dragon Ball: Sparking Zero, aside from the initial pre-order bonus. The first pack, titled Hero of Justice, enriched the game with 11 new characters, including multiple versions of Gohan and Piccolo, as well as Gamma 1, Gamma 2, and Cell Max. Additionally, it offered a special Superhero costume for Piccolo, adding variety to character customization options.
