Hideo Kojima Unveils Release Date for Death Stranding 2: On the Beach
At the recently concluded SXSW panel, renowned game designer Hideo Kojima officially announced the release date for the highly anticipated sequel, Death Stranding 2: On the Beach. Fans can look forward to immersing themselves in this unique narrative-driven experience starting June 26 on PlayStation 5. Given that Kojima Productions now has full ownership of the franchise, it is expected that the game will eventually make its way to other platforms such as PC and Xbox.

Death Stranding 2: On the Beach will introduce new characters, including Tomorrow, played by Elle Fanning, and Rainy, portrayed by Shioli Kutsuna. Additionally, the trailer features Neil, a character played by the Italian actor Luca Marinelli, who bears a striking resemblance to Solid Snake from the iconic Metal Gear series. Kojima previously hinted at recruiting Marinelli for this project, demonstrating his ongoing commitment to evolving character development within his games.
