A total of 11 unique animals can be discovered and added to your Goro Kingdom. Each pet offers various benefits, such as providing essential cooking ingredients when nourished. Below is an overview of every pet available in Like a Dragon: Pirate Yakuza.

1. Alarm Cluck

Staying true to her name, Alarm Cluck is a spirited chicken causing a ruckus in her neighborhood. You can locate her by referring to the map for missing animals. Once you complete the mission, she will automatically join you in Goro Kingdom. In return for your care, Alarm Cluck rewards you with eggs of varying quality.

2. Allure

Allure, a stylish feline, longs for her former owner, a glamorous hostess. To win Allure over, you will need to don a hostess outfit, which can be found in a trunk outside Libertea within Hawaii’s Cultural District. After you transform into this elegant attire and return to her, she’ll join the zoo, providing you with Aweoweo as a token of her appreciation.

3. Barkley

This charming little dog, named Barkley, has quite the vocal presence, often disturbing the calm in Hawaii. Upon finishing his rescue mission, he will happily join your farm, delivering salmon in exchange for food.

4. Coco

You’ll encounter Coco, an adventurous monkey, scampering up one of Hawaii’s trees. A nearby woman will ask you to coax her down; however, completing this dialogue scenario is essential. Once Coco joins you, she will provide you with mangoes when fed.

5. Goro

Goro, a tiger cub who is Noah’s companion, will visit Goro Kingdom each time you come back. He’ll participate in snack time and requires you to feed him; in return, Goro will yield various meats including rabbit, pheasant, and occasionally, bear.

6. The Gourmand

Known for his picky appetite, The Gourmand is a dog who demands one of the rarest cooking ingredients: wild-caught sashimi. You can catch this in the ocean near Rich Island, so swim out to the beach for a chance to reel one in. In return for your efforts, The Gourmand will gift you with flounder.

7. Onigiri

Encounter Onigiri the cat during the main storyline in District Five. She kicks off the sub-story titled “The Kitten”.To assist her, you must confront the gang that is bullying her; doing so will reward you with Humuhumunukunukuapua’a once she feels secure and is well-fed.

8. Phoenix

Phoenix, another chicken, becomes part of your crew through the main storyline. Residing on Rich Island, she will be the first permanent resident of Goro Kingdom once rescued. Like Alarm Cluck, she also produces various quality eggs in return for feeding.

9. Sanzen

The only cow available in the game, Sanzen, is eager to accompany you for some food. She will provide you with different qualities of milk as a reward for your care and attention.

10. Turtle

This dog, aptly named Turtle, also resides in Hawaii. Once fed, Turtle will return the favor by providing you with salmon, adding to your resources.

11. Zoomies

You’ll find Zoomies, a sprightly dog, zipping around the docks in Hawaii. After chasing him down, calling him over patiently will ensure his recruitment into your kingdom. Like the others, Zoomies will also provide salmon when adequately fed.
