Bandai Namco has proudly announced a remarkable achievement: over 4 million copies of One Piece: Pirate Warriors 4 have been sold globally. This significant milestone coincides with the unveiling of several new initiatives tied to the beloved game, which was developed by Koei Tecmo’s Omega Force and first released in 2020. Among these initiatives is an exciting character poll where fans can vote for their most desired characters to be included as downloadable content (DLC).

To take part in this most wanted character poll, users must visit the dedicated survey page. Please note that a Bandai Namco ID is required to access the poll. Once logged in, participants can choose their top three characters from a list of 23 options.

Available Characters for Selection

The character choices are categorized across various factions and attributes, including:

• World Government and Marines: Sengoku, Ryokugyu, Kaku, S-Hawk, Sentomaru
• Female Characters: Nefertari Vivi & Karoo, Koala, Baby 5, Monet, Perona
• Wano Country: King, Queen, Ulti, Kyoshiro, Scratchmen Apoo
• Movie Characters: Shiki, Zephyr, Gild Tesoro, Douglas Bullet
• Past Adversaries: Enel, Gecko Moria, Magellan, Foxy

It is worth mentioning that Nefertari Vivi and her companion, the duck Karoo, are considered a single character entry in this poll.

Poll Deadline and Future DLC Plans

The voting for the most wanted character poll is set to close on February 28, 2025. Following the closure, Bandai Namco plans to select several top-ranked winners to be featured as new playable characters in future DLC.

A Commitment to Ongoing Content

This initiative underscores Bandai Namco’s dedication to enriching the gaming experience of One Piece: Pirate Warriors 4, reminiscent of their support for Dragon Ball: Xenoverse 2. Initially, it was believed that the game had reached its conclusion with the addition of Wano Country character Kozuki Oden in 2020. However, the developer surprised fans by releasing additional DLC, introducing iconic characters like Gear 5 Luffy and Monkey D. Garp between 2023 and 2024.
