Hollowed Gems

Gems are mostly used for unlocking enchantments on weapons, but they can also be sold. Some are used for other means, such as teleporting!

  • Diamond
    • You can sell Diamonds to Merchants for 35 Runics
    • Unlocks enchantment
  • Ruby
    • You can sell Rubies to Merchants for 10 Runics
    • Unlocks enchantment
  • Sapphire
    • You can sell Sapphires to Merchants for 10 Runics
    • Unlocks enchantment
  • Amethyst
    • You can sell Amethysts to Merchants for Runics
    • Unlocks enchantment
  • Emerald
    • You can sell Emerlads to Merchants for 10 Runics
    • Unlocks enchantment
  • Lapis
    • You can sell Lapis to Merchants for 15 Runics
    • Unlocks enchantment
  • Teleport Crystal
    • A crystal that you can use to teleport between locations across the map
    • It’s a single-use gem and will disappear from your inventory upon use
      • If you have the Rift Blessing, the Teleport Crystal is a permanent item in your inventory
    • How to Obtain:
      • Purchase a Teleport Crystal from Isha in Meldans’ Forest for 50 Runics
      • Dungeon Drops
      • Randomly spawns throughout the world

Enchants

Now for the enchants you get when using a gem! To enchant, you need to speak with John. Interacting with him provides you with 2 dialogue options: “Alright” and “Goodbye”. If you wish to enchant a weapon with a gem, select the “Alright” option. John then takes 200 Runics and ta-da, you have an enhanced weapon!

  • Diamond Enchant
    • Adds a white glow to your weapon
    • Your weapon stuns enemies when hit
    • If your opponent has broken bones, the damage you deal increases by 20%
  • Ruby Enchant
    • Adds a firey glow to your weapon
    • You have a chance to set your opponent on fire when hit with your weapon
      • Rias players/NPCs are not affected by this
  • Sapphire Enchant
    • Adds an icy blue glow to your weapon
    • Lowers the opponent’s temperature until they get frostbite
    • When the enemy has frostbite, you deal more damage
    • If you have a Frozen Mask, you can perform Lifesteal upon hitting the enemy
  • Amethyst Enchant
    • Adds a purple glow to your weapon
    • Poisons the enemy, depleting their health over time
    • Removes feed from the opponent
  • Emerald Enchant
    • Adds a green glow to your weapon
    • Reduces your opponent’s HP regeneration for 15 seconds
  • Lapis Enchant
    • Adds a pale blue glow to your weapon
    • Slows the enemy down by 50%
