Dig It Lunar New Year
Located between Nookville (Starter Island) and the Badlands, the Lunar New Year Island is a quaint area with stunning features. Almost the entire plot is diggable, making each Limited item a little easier to hunt. Alongside the new Island, players can obtain the new Evil Shovel, which isn’t related to the island, but arrived with the same update.
The Evil Shovel is a day 4 login reward for keen players who revisit the game. When digging, it has a 50% chance to apply the Evil Mutation, increasing item value by 2x. As for stats, it offers the following:
- Strength: 30
- Stamina Loss: 10%
- Loot Luck: 30%
- Precision: 35%
- Control: 35%
- Stability: 35%
- Max KG: 5,000
That’s not all! This plentiful update also brought new Magnets which have rarities corresponding to loot rarity. For example, a Mythical Magnet guarantees the player uncovers a Mythical item! Nifty.
Lunar New Year Collection Guide
Back to the main event. As expected, everything found on the Lunar New Year Island is limited to the event, and will no longer be obtainable for collection after January 31st.
