Zerter looks at the playoff participants and give you his percentages and thoughts for the upcoming round.

Sky vs. Grubby 50% - 50%
The classic Human vs. Orc match-up between the kings of their respective races. Historically Sky has always been something of a nemesis for Grubby as he beat him at no less than three consecutive World Cyber Games, however history alone is no guide to the future: as recently as last week Grubby managed to beat Sky at the Blizzard Worldwide Invitational.

The maps should favour Sky a bit more this encounter, Grubby seems real strong vs. Human however and this should be a close one.

HoT vs. ToD - 50% / 50%
This is a match-up between two players that have met a considerable amount of times in important matches. A few highlights: ToD eliminated HoT in WCG 2004 (round of 8), 2005 (round of 8) and Extreme Masters I (grand finals), HoT eliminated ToD in EuroCup 11 (grand finals), SEC 2006 (grand finals) and SEC 2007 (lowerbracket finals).

There is nothing to suggest it will not be close this time, both players have recently competed and done well in major competitions. This is a toss-up in every sense of the word.

WhO vs. Lyn 30% - 70%
Lyn once again showed he's the reigning number one Orc in the groupstage and now faces another such challenge in the shape of WhO whose only loss came vs. Moon.

All in all this match should favour Lyn who seems to have the world's strongest Orc mirror. However do not count out WhO, the player has not had to showcase his mirror like Lyn has recently which means it is not only hard to rate it but also that his opponent can not analyze it the way he can.

ReiGn vs. Moon 35% - 65%
ReiGn eliminated Moon from ESWC Korea and now the Night Elf will have his chance for revenge.

Both players showed some weakness in this match-up in the groupstage ReiGn by losing vs. HoT and Moon by dropping a map vs. FoV. Moon has really been a terror lately and can be considered the favourite but ReiGn's win over him indicates he should not be counted out.
