The beginning of the PGL Season 3 have been launched by proceeding with their first qualifier these past days. SuhO and Like from World Elite and FoCuS from fnatic have been eligible for this season



The third edition of the Professional Gaming League will start within two weeks and the first qualifier just ended. This year’s qualifier welcomed thousands of players from China and Korea to be able to clinch a spot to the LAN finals that will be held in the core of Beijing, China, going from June 5th to June 15th.

For this qualifier, only three players have been able to be selected; Hyosub "FoCuS" Eom from fnatic.WC3, Su "SuHo" Hao and Li "LiKe" Kejing from World Elite.
The PGL committee decided to place Jae Ho "Moon" Jang, Xiaofeng "Sky" Li, Liwei "xiaOt" Sun and retired player Jung Hee "Sweet" Chun as the top seed players, even if Sweet announced he was hanging his mouse and retired from the professional scene of Warcraft 3.
Six other players that will be given a free pass to the finals will be revealed in the following days. These 9 players have been chosen because of their results in the last PGL Season and their overall play during these past times.
