GosuGamers was quick in catching ToD's former team mate DeMusliM, asking him about the departure of his Human mentor.

First of all, how do you feel about ToD leaving your team?
- Well, i'm very sad. Tod is a nice guy who i met at lan a few times, and since joining 4k has been a huge inspiration to me.

- ToD is a great mentor :) he was very strict with some stuff that he said or made me sound silly if i asked something, but the amount he knew about the game was incredible. He helped me alot with replays and stratergies, i think i am a better player because of him.
Do you think you will be able to fill ToD's spot in the lineup?
- Noone can fill in tods spot in the lineup imo. I'll try my best to keep a strong human presence in the team but compared to tod, it's going to be terribly hard to do so.
Do you feel that you have much more pressure to do better now that he left?
- i think the whole team will have more pressure on them, with tod we didn't qualify for wc3l finals so without him, it's going to be very hard but staying on track - i think i'm going to feel alot of pressure due to having the same race as him, people are going to want to feel a strong human in the 4K line up. But overall, the whole team is going to be put under strain i guess.
Will you have a more active role in the lineup?
- I think so yeh, Humans play a strong role given the current map rotation in leagues - TS/LT first etc, plus i have some very strong mu's against certain races so i could be used in NGL more too
How much do you practice these days, and compare that to how much you did before?
- Well, back in my earlier days breaking into the scene (when i was in srs) i probaly played around 0-5 games a day. This was purely because i didn't have the effort required to play alot, i don't rust easy (in terms of losing playing "skill") and i was pretty arrogant in terms of my playstyle. I now play minimum 10 games a day i go to college aswell so sometimes i play more
Is there any plans for 4Kings in the future, such as adding more players?
- No comment. :)
How well do you think 4Kings will do in the NGL-ONE season now without ToD?
- well, we went 3-4 against SK, who had the same number of wins-losses than us without tod in the lineup, so i don't think things will go too badly - and given that EVERY player in the lineup is very motivated to play and improove, i dare say we should pull through good and strong.
Any final words?
- I'd like to wish ToD the Plank the best of luck with his career, hes a GREAT player and a good friend best of luck to him.
